Scope of Services. Through this Site, CV&S Flooring and Finishing markets and arranges Hardwood Floor Installation, Floor Refinishing, Tile Floor Installation, Vinyl Plank Flooring, Hardwood Flooring Contractor, Baseboard Installation, Floor Sanding Service, Wood Floor Restoration. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://cvsflooringandfinishingoakland.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CV&S Flooring and Finishing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. CV&S Flooring and Finishing does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, CV&S Flooring and Finishing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
